Task Pear Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Caramend Holdings Inc., which operates Task Pear. By using taskpear.com or Task Pear, you agree to them.
Using Task Pear
You must be at least 18 to use Task Pear. You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and not misuse the service, including by trying to get around its security or by sending unlawful content.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Task Pear. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
Text-messaging program
- Program name: Task Pear.
- If you agree to receive text messages, Task Pear will send you the types of messages you agreed to, such as sign-in codes, confirmations and reminders.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no further messages unless you opt in again. To opt in again, reply START.
- For help, reply HELP or email pear@taskpear.com.
- Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using Task Pear.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile phone number. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We send account and service emails needed to provide Task Pear. Marketing emails are sent only with your agreement and include an unsubscribe link.
Service changes and ending
We may change or stop parts of Task Pear. You may stop using it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if the law requires it.
Disclaimers and limits
Task Pear is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Task Pear in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date.
